Below we have listed the most Frequently Asked Questions

 

BYO

We don’t allow any BYO food or drinks. Food for your baby or young kids is fine, we just ask that you kindly take any rubbish. We are a plastic free property.

Group Sizes

Groups up to 12 max are welcome.

Indoor seating is available for groups up to 8 max.

Due to Covid-19, we can currently seat groups of up to 10 max on the bus for a tasting.

If the sun is shining, an area on the lawn works best for groups between 6 - 12 people. We do recommend coming early on weekends to secure your spot.

 

Tastings

Unless you have a booked weekday lunch, tastings are walk in only.

Our tastings are a seated, intimate and conversational experience, normally held on our double decker bus.

On weekdays, if you wish to do a tasting outdoors or at your table, we'll come to you.

The largest group size for tastings is 10 people. We have a small tasting fee ($10 per person), however this is redeemable on take home wine purchases (per person).

 

Bookings

Weekdays -

Bookings are available for lunch - two course minimum. You can also let us know if you would like to do a tasting first.

Walk in guests are also welcome weekdays - please see our Cellar Door page for more info.

Weekends -

We don’t take bookings. We are walk in only, so no booking necessary.

We offer sit down tastings (with a small tasting fee redeemable on take home purchases).

After your tasting, or as soon as you arrive, you are welcome to grab a spot in the sunshine, by the fire, or inside the cellar door - and enjoy and bottle of wine, a cuppa or a cocktail, and some food too if you please.

Our weekend menu has grazing style options, such a our abundant platters, and a few delicious dishes. It is, however, different to our weekday dining menu.

Maximum group size for indoor seating is 8, and for outdoor seating is 12.

Children and non drinkers are included in your group count.

Seating is first come first serve, with indoor seating available for 2 hours if dining. Outdoor seating is available for as long as you like.

If you are in a larger group, we recommend arriving early.

Currently, due to Covid-19 restrictions, the largest group we can seat on the bus for a tasting is 10 people.

Food

Our food is made with goodness, sourced locally, and put together with love.

Our kitchen is focused on organic ingredients, and other than the phenomenal sourdough our chef makes in his kitchen, our menu is wheat free and we make sure celiacs and anyone with gluten intolerances are well looked after, using the best flours and grains for your belly to make our GF offerings.

We also have an AMAZING gluten free soudough, don't worry ;)

We use no nasty oils. We are passionate about using only the best ingredients we can get our hands on. If you are vegan or vegetarian just let us know and we’ll have you well looked after.

On weekends we have our signature grazing boards, which are plentiful and enough to fill you up, which are $35 per person. We also have a few main dishes, nibbles, and a dessert.

On weekdays we have a beautiful à la carte menu, available for booked lunches, which is only available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. For walk in guests on weekdays, our platters are on offer.

Kitchen is open 12pm - 5pm.

 

Picnic Rugs

We have few beautiful Picnic Rugs and Picnic tables available for your use. However, if you have a favourite rug feel free to bring it along.

Just no BYO picnic / food or drinks.

 

Gift Cards

Yes - we sell gift cards for the cellar door. These make a wonderful gift of good times.

Simply pop into our cellar door or purchase one from our online store. We will mail the gift card either to you or them. 

 

Dogs / Pets

We have lot’s of low table seating and picnics set up across the lawn, so if your dog is likely to disrupt someones experience then we kindly ask that you leave your lovely dog at home. If you have a dog that you trust in this setting - then we trust you.

All dogs will have to remain on a leash.

Weddings

Apologies if you feel this is your dream venue - at this stage, we don’t do weddings or hire our venue out for weddings.

Definitely come and have a wine here with your lover though :)

Celebration Cakes

If you wish to bring a cake for a celebration, that is completely fine.  

Cakeage is $3 per person - plates & cutlery supplied.
