BOUQUET
Notes of white peach, strawberry and watermelon with a floral lift.

PALATE
Bright and fresh, bursting with summer berries and ending with a long, dry refreshing finish.

Vintage Notes
A wet winter and spring set the vines up for the growing season. Despite some early summer rain, disease pressure remained low. Flowering was late, leading to a late harvest, with a long and slow ripening season. Ideal conditions for concentrated flavour development and acid retention.

Winemaking Notes
The fruit was crushed and destemmed, then left on skins for approximately 12 hours to allow the beautiful colour to develop. The juice fermented slowly at 11-13 degrees in stainless steel for 2-3 weeks. Fermented dry. Filtered prior to bottling.
