We started Down The Rabbit Hole with one wine and slowly grew from there, only ever putting something into bottle when we truly loved it and believed in it. Quality has always come first.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe never set out to make a Reserve Shiraz simply because we felt it was time. This isn't a wine we will make every year. We will only make it when the vintage, the vineyard and the fruit give us something we believe is truly exceptional. In 2022, they certainly did.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSingle Vineyard    |    Certified Organic    |    Exceptional Fruit    |    McLaren Vale\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFermented with indigenous yeast and some whole berries, the wine was then given 24 months in French oak – 50% new French oak and 50% three-year-old large-format French foudre – allowing incredible depth, structure and complexity to develop.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a full-bodied, opulent Shiraz brimming with lush black fruits, dark chocolate, hazelnut and a hint of cinnamon spice.
