Restaurant Supervisor

We have an amazing team and we're looking for an experienced, passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join us!
Our Place
Established in 2013, Down The Rabbit Hole Wines is a family owned, boutique McLaren Vale winery. Our wines are made using biodynamic and organic vineyards and winemaking practices. Our venue comprises three experiences; our beautiful Italian Restaurant Fiore, our casual dining experience out on our lawns and our unique wine tasting experiences that take place on our iconic double decker bus and in our newly built wine room.
We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding guest experience that exceeds all expectations, and we do this by intentionally connecting with every guest who chooses to visit us. We believe it's a privilege that a person chooses to spend their time and money with us and our team ensures that every single guest leaves feeling truly valued.
The Role
This is a casual position for 3-4 days a week, including Thursday and Friday evenings, with the opportunity to increase hours during our vibrant summer season.
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll work closely with our Restaurant Manager to lead and support the team. You'll be part of the action, bringing energy, calm, and care to each shift.

You’re someone who brings both heart and professionalism to everything you do. You’ve worked in restaurants before, and you understand the rhythm of service and the importance of great leadership. You know how to guide a team through a busy service with confidence, warmth, and a sense of fun.
You genuinely care about people, whether it’s your teammates or our guests. You’re passionate about creating memorable experiences, and you love the way food and wine can bring people together.

Food & Beverage Attendant (Restaurant & Casual Dining)
The Role
This is a casual position for 2-4 days a week (must be available for Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts), with the opportunity to increase hours during our vibrant summer season. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service with a focus on customer connection. The expectation is that you naturally want to make guests feel happiness through your service. You'll be part of the action, bringing energy, calm, and care to each shift.
About you
You love hospitality. You’re someone who brings both heart and professionalism to everything you do. You’ve worked in wine tasting sales before, and you have a solid understanding of wine.

Cellar Door Wine Tasting Attendant
The Role

You will be responsible for delivering wine tasting experiences with a focus on customer connection and the expectation is that you are confident in sales. You'll be part of the action, bringing energy, calm, and care to each shift.
