What do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat shipping fee per order based on the state your wine is being delivered to.

SA: $10 / VIC: $15 / NSW: $15 / ACT: $15 / QLD: $20 / WA: $20 / NT: $30 / TAS: $25

How long will my delivery take?

We deliver with Couriers Please and Australia Post. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Follow the link in your shipping confirmation email for all tracking enquires.

Return Questions

Can I return my order?

Yes! We only bottle wines that we absolutely love so we really beleive in what we sell. However we also appreciate that everyone has their own tastes, which we totally respect.

So if you're not 100% happy with anything you order from DTRH, you can return it to us within thirty days from the order delivery date for a full refund or replacement. There will be no cost to you for any part of the return process.

How do I return my order?
