We deliver with Australia Post. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Follow the link in your shipping confirmation email for all tracking enquires.

Yes! We only bottle wines that we absolutely love so we really believe in what we sell. However, we also appreciate that everyone has their own tastes, which we totally respect.

If you're not 100% happy with anything you order from DTRH, you can return it to us within thirty days from the order delivery date for a full refund or replacement. There will be no cost to you for any part of the return process.

Our little gift store, is our engine for giving - 10% of every purchase goes directly to charity. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you're welcome to return it for an exchange or a gift voucher. Please note, we don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty.
