Make it yours for the evening
Some celebrations deserve something truly special, and we'd love to welcome you to make our place yours for the evening. Bring your favourite people and we'll take care of everything else. We know you'll have the most memorable night.
We have two options for dinner:
Sit Down: Canapés on arrival, then settle in for a generous shared four-course feast.
(Maximum guest number 45)
Cocktail & Grazing: Wander and mingle your way through the evening with a stunning grazing table and canapés flowing throughout the night.
(Maximum guest number 65)
Drinks:
A premium three-hour drinks package including four wine selections, cold beers, and non-alcoholic options for everyone at the table.
Drinks on consumption after the package concludes

Booking details
- Exclusive hire from: 6:30pm - 11:30pm
- Venue Hire fee: $13,500
- Minimum spend on food & beverage: $8000
- Dinner $189 per person
- Drinks package $128 per person
Booking Terms
- Maximum capacity: 45-65 guests
- 50% venue hire fee due to secure the booking
- Final numbers, and dietary requirements are to be confirmed 4 weeks prior with balance payment
- Cancellations or reduction in numbers within 4 weeks will not be refunded
Exclusive Fiore Hire
Private dining at Fiore restaurant
Reserve our intimate restaurant exclusively for your group of up to 40, and let us take care of the rest. From 3pm–5pm, sit back, connect, and indulge in our Mangiamo menu - a dining experience lovingly crafted to bring people together over exceptional food.
Lunch:
Join us for Mangiamo! A warm, welcoming and relaxed take on fine dining. Relax as we fill your table with an abundance of wholesome food to share, passionately created with the best organic, local produce we can source.
Drinks:
A two-hour drinks package including three wine selections, cold beers, and non-alcoholic options for everyone at the table.

- 3pm booking for 2 hours
- Lunch (inc dessert) $121 per person
- Drinks $78 per person
- Minimum spend on food & beverage $5,300
Booking Terms
- All food and beverage packages to be pre-paid to secure the booking
- Final numbers confirmed 7 days prior, any reduction in numbers or cancellations within this time will not be refunded
- Cellar door will be in operation, this booking is for exclusive use of Fiore restaurant only
