Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is DTRH WINES Pty Ltd (“Down The Rabbit Hole”, “Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”), ABN 44651088952, of 233 Binney Rd, Mclaren Vale, SA.

2. Promotion

The promotion is titled “Win a Dream Trip to McLaren Vale for Two” (“Promotion”).

The Promotion commences at 5pm ACDT on Sunday 13 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACDT on Sunday 27 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

One winner will be selected by random draw on Monday 28 September 2026.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3.2 Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, participating prize partners, and anyone directly involved in the organisation or administration of the Promotion, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3.3 By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to enter

4.1 To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

a. follow @downtherabbitholewines on Instagram;

b. tag a friend or loved one they would bring with them to McLaren Vale in the comments of the Promotion post; and

c. complete their entry by signing up to the Down The Rabbit Hole “Love Letters” mailing list via the link provided in the Promotion post.

4.2 Entrants may enter multiple times during the Promotion Period.

4.3 Each additional valid tag of a different friend or loved one constitutes an additional entry, provided the entrant has completed all other entry requirements.

4.4 Entrants must only tag genuine friends or loved ones and must not use automated, fraudulent or bulk-entry methods.

4.5 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise not submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.

4.6 There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion.

5. Prize

5.1 One winner will receive a McLaren Vale getaway for two comprising:

• 2 x flights to Adelaide, provided as a Flight Centre voucher valued at $500 AUD, for eligible winners who reside outside Adelaide;

• 2 x nights' accommodation at Sanbis Retreats, valued at $1,000 AUD, provided as an e-voucher;

• 2 x places at Down The Rabbit Hole's “Life's for Living” Wine Tasting, valued at $50 AUD, provided as an e-voucher;

• 2 x places at the “Mangiamo” Lunch at Fiore Italian Restaurant, valued at $190 AUD, provided as an e-voucher;

• 1 x couples massage at Earthhouse Spa, valued at $270 AUD, provided as an e-voucher;

• E-bike hire from SA E-Bikes, valued at $120 AUD, provided as an e-voucher;

• A hamper of produce from Willunga General Store to the value of $100AUD, chosen by Willunga General Store or provided as an e-voucher;

• Breakfast from The Slow Food Kitchen, provided as an e-voucher valued at $100 AUD; and

• 2 x bottles of Down The Rabbit Hole wine of the winner's choice, excluding Reserve wines, with a maximum combined value of $120 AUD.

5.2 The maximum total retail value of the prize is $2,450 AUD.

5.3 For a winner who resides outside Adelaide, the maximum total retail value of the prize is $2,450 AUD.

5.4 For a winner who resides in Adelaide, the Flight Centre voucher will not be provided, as flights to Adelaide are not required. The maximum total retail value of the prize for an Adelaide-based winner is therefore $1,950 AUD.

6. Prize conditions

6.1 The Flight Centre voucher is provided by the Promoter and is valued at $500 AUD. The voucher is only provided where the winner's residential address is outside Adelaide.

6.2 The Flight Centre voucher is subject to any applicable Flight Centre voucher terms and conditions.

6.3 Any travel costs exceeding the $500 Flight Centre voucher value are the responsibility of the winner.

6.4 The Sanbis Retreats accommodation voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of Sanbis Retreats, including any minimum-stay requirements, booking requirements, availability, blackout dates and expiry dates that may apply.

6.5 The Down The Rabbit Hole wine tasting, Fiore lunch, Earthhouse Spa massage, SA E-Bikes hire and Willunga General Store hamper and The Slow Food Kitchen vouchers are subject to the applicable terms and conditions, availability and booking requirements of each relevant provider.

6.6 The two Down The Rabbit Hole wines may be selected by the winner from eligible wines available at the time of redemption, excluding all Reserve wines. The maximum combined value of the two wines is $120 AUD.

6.7 All prize components are subject to availability.

6.8 The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6.9 The prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

6.10 The winner and their guest are responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize, including additional meals, beverages, travel insurance, personal expenses, transport not specifically included, and any costs exceeding the value of a voucher.

6.11 All components of the prize must be redeemed in accordance with the relevant provider's terms and conditions.

6.12 The wine component of the prize may only be provided to a person aged 18 years or over.

7. Winner selection

7.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7.2 The draw will take place on Monday 28 September 2026 at 4pm ACDT at Down The Rabbit Hole Cellar Door, 233 Binney Rd, McLaren Vale, SA.

7.3 The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

7.4 The Promoter will use a random number generator or other random method to select the winning entry.

7.5 The Promoter will contact the winner via direct message from the official @downtherabbitholewines Instagram account only.

7.6 The Promoter will not contact the winner from any other Instagram account.

7.7 The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim the prize.

7.8 If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter may conduct a further random draw to select a replacement winner.

7.9 If a replacement winner is required, the same eligibility and notification conditions will apply.

8. Winner announcement

8.1 The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on the Promoter's Instagram account and/or website.

8.2 The Promoter will not publish the winner's full name, residential address, telephone number or other personal information without the winner's consent.

8.3 The Promoter will never ask a winner for their Instagram password, payment details or other sensitive account information via Instagram direct message.

9. Privacy and Love Letters subscription

9.1 By entering the Promotion and completing the “Love Letters” sign-up, entrants consent to Down The Rabbit Hole collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner and providing the prize.

9.2 By signing up to “Love Letters”, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Down The Rabbit Hole.

9.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from Down The Rabbit Hole marketing communications at any time.

9.4 Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://downtherabbitholewines.com.au/pages/terms-of-service

10. Instagram

10.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

10.2 By entering the Promotion, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or in connection with the Promotion.

11. General conditions

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any entrant.

11.2 The Promoter may disqualify an entrant if it reasonably believes the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions or has engaged in fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate or unlawful conduct.

11.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and residency from an entrant or winner.

11.4 If any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that component with an alternative prize of equal or greater retail value, subject to applicable law.

11.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or unable to be delivered due to technical difficulties or circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

11.6 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or expense incurred by a winner or their guest in connection with the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.7 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

11.8 The Promoter will retain records relating to the Promotion for the period required by applicable law.

12. Promotion results

12.1 The winner's details may be published in accordance with applicable South Australian trade promotion requirements.

12.2 Where required, the result of the Promotion will be published in a place relevant to where the Promotion was conducted for the applicable period.

13. Governing law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.

13.2 Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
